The survey results indicate that a commanding majority (87%) of respondents either "Strongly Agree" (69%) or "Somewhat Agree" (18%) that generative AI will bring about a significant transformation in the banking industry. These results reflect a clear recognition of AI's potential to reshape the industry, introduce new opportunities, and challenge existing operational models.

On the other hand, a small percentage "Disagree" (8%), indicating a level of skepticism toward AI's transformative power. This dissenting viewpoint could be attributed to perceived obstacles such as regulatory concerns or technology maturity.
